Filter Lab V3 is a local video effects tool for applying artistic looks to a source video and exporting a filtered MP4. It includes presets like VHS, Noir, Cartoon, Dream Glow, Glitch, and Pixelate, with controls for effect intensity, quality, preview refresh, source inspection, and original-audio preservation when FFmpeg is available.

DevKit Details

This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing video/image-processing packages and FFmpeg tools.

Requirements

Requires Python 3 with customtkinter, opencv-python, numpy, and Pillow. FFmpeg and FFprobe are optional but recommended, especially if users want to preserve the original audio in the filtered output.
