Short Description

SmoothFPS V3 is a local video utility for increasing frame rate by generating blended in-between frames. It is designed for turning lower-FPS clips into smoother versions, with source inspection, target FPS controls, quality settings, optional original-audio preservation, and FFmpeg-assisted export.

DevKit Details

This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing Python packages and FFmpeg tools.

Requirements

Requires Python 3 with OpenCV, customtkinter, and FFmpeg if users want to preserve original audio. The app can still render video without FFmpeg, but output may be silent.
