This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing Python packages and

FFmpeg tools.

Requirements

Requires Python 3 with OpenCV, NumPy, and customtkinter. FFmpeg is recommended for preserving the original audio track; if FFmpeg is missing, the app may still export stabilized video without audio.
