This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing Python packages and FFmpeg tools.

Requirements

Requires Python 3 plus FFmpeg and FFprobe. The app expects FFmpeg/FFprobe through a local bin folder, the app folder, nearby SharedRuntime folders, or system PATH.
