Short Description

PixelMedic V3 is a local image repair and enhancement tool for cleaning up weak or damaged-looking images. It supports drag-and-drop, before/after preview, denoise, artifact cleanup, sharpening, brightness, contrast, saturation, quick repair presets, output format choices, and batch export.

DevKit Details

This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing Python packages.

Requirements

Requires Python 3 with Pillow, numpy, and optionally opencv-python. If OpenCV is available, stronger denoise and artifact cleanup are used; if not, the app falls back to Pillow-only cleanup.
