DevKit Details

This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing Python packages.

Requirements

Requires Python 3. No FFmpeg, video runtime, or cloud service is required. If no output folder is chosen, SafeMark V3 uses APP_DIR\output, and exported files are duplicate-safe.
