GIF Builder V3 is a local video-to-GIF utility for turning video clips into animated GIFs. It supports single video selection, folder drag-and-drop with video discovery, clip range selection, frame-rate presets, output-width presets, quality profiles, still preview refresh, clip preview playback, and FFmpeg/FFprobe-based GIF export.

DevKit Details

This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing Python packages and FFmpeg tools.

Requirements

Requires Python 3 with customtkinter and Pillow. FFmpeg and FFprobe are required for video inspection, preview extraction, and final GIF rendering.
