SlowMo Generator V3 is a local video utility for creating slower playback versions of normal-speed clips. It supports smooth slow-motion with interpolation, faster simple slow-motion processing, slowdown presets, optional slowed audio, audio removal, render planning, progress logging, and FFmpeg/FFprobe-based export.

DevKit Details

This Dev Edition includes the Python app file, Windows launcher, debug launcher, and README. It is intended for users who already use Python or are comfortable installing Python packages and FFmpeg tools.

Requirements

Requires Python 3 plus FFmpeg and FFprobe. The app expects FFmpeg/FFprobe through a local app bin folder, the app folder, nearby SharedRuntime folders, or system PATH.
